I'm actually trying to accomplish two things:

1. Allow callers to name dial users within the building

2. Allow callers to name dial an announcement that would specify the location of the store and the store's phone number. ie. if caller dialed "Bay", he would hear all the stores on Bay Street.

I think I would probably have to use a series of single digit menus and announcements to accomplish this without IVR.

It's sort of like what Greyhound has with their voicemail system.
