Digital Phones Not Ringing

We currently have 6 call centers (Symposium 3.0 and Symon View 2000).

We’re in the process of upgrading to Symposium 5.0 and I’m suggesting that we drop the Symon Reader Boards. They work fine; in fact, the only issue I’ve ever had with them is that they don’t auto-recover when the network drops (I have the older SDU boards).

In place of Symon, I’m suggesting that the Call Centers buy 30-inch (or what ever size they need) LCD screens attached to their Symposium Client PC’s. This way they have an exact snapshot of their call center via the Real Time Displays and all the information is presented at once rather than scrolling by.

What do you guys/gals think? Am I missing something?

Thanks,
