| 2 years of Solid working knowledge of Nortel Symposium Call Center Server (SCCS v4.2 or higher, prefer v5.0 experience) Must have Syposium multi-site networking skills Networking ACD and NCC ACD experience Symposium Web Client experience Must be able to handle adds, deletes and changes within the application Must be able to build scripts to support call handling (reports, skill change, modifications) Capable of supporting system and network administration 2 years of Visio Call Flow Crystal 10 would be preferred Customer interface and/or business analysis skills are a plus |
