Well, they're using CallPilot 100 Release 2.0, which, as far as I know, includes ACD as some kind of enhanced voicemail feature. If you mean how is the ACD set up (i.e., how it determines who gets which call), I'm not 100% sure offhand, but I *think* that of the 2 phonesets they have, the first set gets 1st dibs on all calls, and the 2nd only rings if there's an overflow. (As opposed to, say, putting a call on whichever set's been idle the longest....)
