| Are you getting a status light on the LEDs?
I have done a startup on a BCM (just like you would on a Norstar) and everything came up fine. It seems sometimes the MSC Card needs a good swift kick in the butt to get going... After that I didn't have to choose a hardware profile.. This also was on a 2.5 box which I am going to put in a new HDD with 3.6 software...
