We replaced a 2.5 HD with a 2.5 FP1 Maint. Rel. 1.1 HD after it failed. About a 3 weeks later I came on site to do a backup because no one was for sure if a backup was done post HD replacement. After building my path and attempting to do a backup I recieve the following error.
The BCM is not in a restoreable hardware profile! I then went telnet and got this menu.
*================================================= ============================*

6.- Select an alternate MSC image to load.
M.- Return to Main Menu

BCM Rls ID 2.5 Feature Pack 1 Maintenance Release 1.1
Version 5
Hardware Profile 5 CA810e CoreUpload
Notes:
* Indicates the hardware profile assigned to this system.
** Indicates the hardware profile detected on this system.

Make a selection:[1,2,3,4,5,6,M]?

Now my questions:
1. If I select item 6 will it load the hardware profile detected?
2. If this is the case, will it clean my clock and will I have to reprogram the entire customer database?
3. Am I on the correct path or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Any input from you BCM guys out there would be a big help. Thanks
