Your vendor may be able to do this.
I have had this error before and I was told if the reboot did not fix do a dummy upgrade.
If that did not fix the problem replace the SSC and the DB.
In my case the reboot worked fine.
At that time the machine was on 25.30 and now it is 3.0.
Give the SSC a shot what do you have to loose you have a captive switch. |
