Somewhere in Cincinati Ohio is a lonely person, with a list of 10,000 numbers and a hell of a lot of time/dimes....

For the last week, my company's been recieving collect call requests from what turns out to be an Ohio based correctional facility....

I've narrowed it down to Cincinati by the Area Code/Prefix (thanks to NPA/NXX website): 513-587-XXXX

Multiple XXXX numbers comming in make me think they're trunk to trunk calling, and, as such, aren't valid to dial back.

Last week it was hitting an ext. ending in 99, today, 98......each callled MUILTIPLE times (up to 30 a day, most at night) and luckily the owners of these extensions have just been ignoring or not picking up.

I know this is common around the holidays, and easy enough to find (or stumble across) a list of numbers (or even random dialing).....and too, there is the possiblity that this list was on a Telemarketer's list (FYI: MANY prisons have used inmates for Telemarketing calls for various companies...Cheap labor)

Anyone have a good suggestion for finding WHICH of the facilities these calls are comming from so I can try to contact them directly and tell them they need to stop it? (Since I know of no way to block JUST these inbound calls, especiallly since they're always changing)....

THanks
