On a more serious note, these phoney (no pun intended) defective batteries have really been a headache for Motorola and Nokia! Go to their sites and they explain how to determine if a battery is genuine or not. Some of these fakes even have fake holographic labels.

I guess it makes you think twice about WHERE you wear that cellular phone or what pocket you put it in!!!
