You can use whatever number you want for the SPRE code as long as it doesn't conflict with any other number in your dialing plan. Referring back to Colin's post, to activate Ring Again you would dial SPRE+1. In your case where the SPRE is 76, then dialling 761 activates Ring Again. If your SPRE happened to be 7786788, then you would dial 778678861 to activate Ring Again.
