| I am having an issue dialing a specific number.
I can't dial 1866 000 1234
I can dial 1866 000 1235
I have tried dialing the number that I can't dial from my cell phone and a different LAN line and I have success.
I have check the NPA and the NXX and every thing is valid
Qwest also says that everything looks fine on there end.
Any suggestions????
