IP / PBX Experts—Your Opinion Counts!
On behalf of Sage Research, I would like to invite you to participate in a brief online survey about use of IP PBX and VoIP technology solutions. I encourage you to invite your colleagues in the field to participate as well.
Sage Research conducts scores of online surveys each year and rewards participants with a chance to win hundreds of dollars in cash. This time one out of every twenty-five qualified respondents who submit a completed survey will win a great cash prize!
How to participate:
1. Visit

2. Answer a few brief questions to ensure that your experiences match the requirements of the present study.
3. If you qualify, the survey will begin immediately and take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The first 125 participants to submit a completed survey on-line will be entered in a drawing to win one of five cash prizes:
Grand Prize - (1) $500 (US) cash.
Second Prize - (4) $250 (US) cash.
Odds of winning are 1:25!
The answers you provide will be used by our clients to develop new products and services to meet the needs of people like you. Any information you share with us is only used in combination with that of other survey participants. Your name is never revealed to our clients or used for sales purposes.
The contest begins today. In order to be considered for the prize drawing, all surveys must be completed by December 8, 2002, or before 125 completed surveys are submitted, whichever comes first. Winners will be notified by e-mail by January 3, 2003.Prizes will be mailed by the end of January 2003. A list of all prizewinners will be posted to Sage Research’s web site.
