| The voicemail uses an inherent feature on the Norstar/BCM where a user can leave a visual message on the telephone. This is activated when you call an intercom and press LATER then pressing SEND MESSAGE. You can clear this by either pressing the MSG button and then CLEAR or by using Feature 65 then pressing HOLD to erase it on a single line display.
