I would recomend starting at the beginning and tracing it all out. Check VSDN table to see where DN is pointed. Check out and services it points to (time of day controller, voice menu structure, etc..) and search from there.
I have had to do this many times when asked to look into mail problems on switches I had never seen before. At the end you have a nice flow chart for future reference.
My guess is that it points to a voice menu and the options are set for the * to RP and the # set to revert to an announcement service. |
