| SCH5783 Error??
Is this for Serenade or Aria. It has been a long time since I work on the Serenade platform but I remember there were a lot of things that could be done with that system. Just off the top of my head, it seems like going to the Menu would be a good option:
Press 1 for Sally Press 2 for Joe, etc
I will see if I can find my Octel Maual to see if I can find anything in it that is better than that option you mentioned, but that seems like a good one. I have been doing Audix voicemail for a while and before that it was ROLM Phonemail. Orignally started out at Octel Communications and it seems like out of all the voicemail systems I have worked, Octel Serenade had the most robust set of features.
Hopefully I can find my Octel Manual. Will post back tonight or tomorrow. |
