I have an Option 11c site that is a bank. On their telephone banking I am providing them 6 ext's from the OP11. The prob is that the tel banking server will not release the lines until the server times out waiting for digits. The server uses dialogic boards, and we have run the tone wizard for it to learn the OP11 tones. It will not recognize silence as a disconnect tone, so I set LDTA (Line Disconnect Tone Allowed) in cls. The OP11 would then send dtone for 16 seconds when an outside caller hung up. The problem then with the tone wizard was that it would see the LDTA tone the same as dial tone (which it is). Is there any way to get disconnect sup on the Op 11 from an analog port? I have heard that the only way to get it is to use an OPX card. I also notice in ftr's in LD10 that there is a setting called ISP. (Enable hook flash disconnect supervision with flash timer) I haven't tried this, how does it work???????? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
