error when try to create pilot hung group
You change the mailbox greeting just like any other mailbox. If it's the Auto Attendant you are wanting to change, you will need to do that using feature 983. Please refer to your manuals. If you don't have manuals and not sure what I am talking about, then please get your vendor out there to help out.
