| I have a couple of places where the customers upfronted their ACD with a bling AA and didn't want the first RAN playing before the propaganda on hold came on. As a quick and dirty solution we just recorded 1 second of silence on their RAN machine and walked away, been there for 2 years and you can't tell it's hitting the RAN first.
I'm pretty sure there is some evil programming trickery that can be done to make it work better but I haven't had time to play with it. |
