How can i prog my 61 pbx, so that the Teamleader/Supervisor phone can bargein to the Agent phone and Talk to agent (while he is on a call with the customer) -without the customer hearing.
i put it this way too.....
Any key we can program so that Supervisor can bargein to the agents calls (without Cusomer hearing ) and if needed press a key and then talk to the Customer(ie conference with agent and customer!!!!!
