Ladies and Gents,
I'm Currently working on a DMS100 in the UK that is operating on an MMP17 Load. I'm checking the logs everyday and finding there are high instances of PM189 (Sw Error) logs. Having refered to helmsman it states that the Log is for Nortel parusal only. It seems to me to be a 'get out of jail free card' because if I submitted these logs thro' the CSR system i fear that they would either get ignored or have an unsatifactory answer.
Also i'm experiencing Loss of CMR load in the GPP PM's.

.. Soooo - i'm wondering if anyone out there has (a) any more info on the PM189 log and (b) is suffering the same CMR Load failure on there DMS and Software Builds
