| HOML set to YES will log the set out if the headset is removed or the MSB button is activated. HOML set to NO requires the MSB button to be activated, it will not log an agent out if they unplug their headset or put the handset in the cradle.
If there is any question on how you want this to operate for the queue, you can always put the supervisor in a seperate ACD queue. |
