| Every one of those T1<->Cisco conversions is potentially adding echo and definitely adding voice quality issues (both delay and impairement) due to TDM<->IP conversions.
If you were using PRI trunks with MCDN between the sites, then the two legs would be removed. Fletch may have to chime in here, but even converting to IP Trunk may allow the legs to be removed. |
