This is my first post on this forum with more to come. I just became a member yesterday, but have been reading the posts for about a month or so & have found a lot of valuable info. I've been in telecom for more years than I care to admit, have been in a lot of jobs in the private sector, but am now working as the sole on-site tech for an NPO. We have a total of 4 Opt 11Cs and one mini. After being here for three years (and 3000 headaches) I finally convinced my employer to pay for upgrades on all 5 switches to succession 3.0. Makes all the difference in the world!
