Option11C+mm, release 23, Hmm...

I'm trying to set up two different behaviors for two different classes of extensions. I have some 500's with call waiting, some without.

For 500s w/o call waiting:
On busy, internal calls ring busy. External calls forward to menu & voicemail or dial again, or attendant etc. (right now goes to att.)
On no answer, internal calls ring forever. External calls ring 6 times, then forward to menu.

For 500s with call waiting,
On busy, internal calls ring 4 times, then go to menu. External calls ring 4 times, then go to menu.
On no answer, internal calls ring forever. External calls ring 6 times, then to menu.

Is this granularity possible? Or am I wasting my time? I know there's a difference between EHT, FTN, HTA vs. HTD, but I'm having difficulty pinning down the exact combinations to make this work.

Needless to say I'll set up two TNs the way I want, then copy them.

Thanks to anyone and all,
Jeremy
