Ok, how about one of the "famous work-arounds"?? The phone in question has 3 of the big bosses numbers on it. When this receptionist goes to lunch she wants to be able to forward ALL of the numbers to the second receptionist, not just her number. She has 1616 and 2618 as her number. Those numbers are getting forwarded ok. 1699, 2699, 1677, 2677, 2600,1600 don't get forwarded. Any ideas?? |
