| I have not been into Call Pilot for a couple of years now and I have been asked to determine where it is set in the admin for the mailbox password reset. They are using Call Pilot web interface now and I can't find where the setting is. All the options they have is to reset the password and then they get a message that it has been reset successfully. I believe it is the mailbox DN followed by a couple of numbers but I'm not sure and can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? |
