I have a compact ICS 6.1 w/ call pilot 100, I have set up a hunt group and have all lines being answered by the call pilot attendant then transferred to my hunt group, my problem is when call is in queue for the hunt group the caller just gets a ring, ring, ring until a DN in the hunt group becomes available, I would like the caller to hear BM playing when in queue? Is this possible, please help, this is driving me nuts
