Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Extended ringing... Customer reports after the NBX user answers the call, the outside party keeps hearing ringing, for a second or 2. System is a V3000 Analog NBX (3C10600B) R6.0.49, with a Fractional PRI, although some phones are 3102's, and some are the older 2102PE's. I'd have to further investigate whether it's just happening on the 2102's vs the 3102's. And the report is that it's when they call an internal extension number. So just off the cuff, anyone else heard of this? Jim | ||||||||
