| TJ - Welcome to the site. Once the call is presented to an agent it can't be scripted "Give Ran - Give Music, etc). Thus, your standard MOH will be heard when the agent places the caller on hold. The only thing that might work (this is a stretch) is Customer Groups in your switch. Cust 0 = English Cust 1 = Spanish etc. Someone with some engineering knowledge may be able to assist.. Anyone?
