| you won't be able to swap that phone out w/a 2616 w/o some add'l changes that would cost more than its worth. you can either replace it w/the same phone or w/a t7208, thats a new model that replaces the m7208, and i think it is even cheaper than the m7208. click on some of the ads at the bottom of this page and see if you can buy a refurbished one, then all you would have to do is swap it out, w/o any add'l programming or wiring...
