Ouch!!! that will put a relaxing weekend to a sudden hault
I have seen problems with the front panel power switches going bad on these cards. When my first one went bad I ended up blowing 2 more before I finally was told not to turn on the shelf with the switch that is on the power supply, by that time I was out of power supplies and had to bypass the switch with a jumper wire. So now I always turn the power supply switch on first then turn on the Breaker for that shelf in the pedestal. It goes against the normal power up procedures however I have had no problem powering them up this way. As far as the MM shelves go have you looked for a fried mouse in the pedestal
