| I had the same problem about a year ago, with a couple M7310-s.Then I found out the story about the older phones. Somewhere around 1998 they started to make the phones with this new feature. I took them back to the supplier, they gave me the newer version without any hassle. As cma14 said I have the same experience here (Canada) 1 year replacement gaurantee on the refurbished products.
