| Not sure what the problem is, but i am wondering if you can adjust the volume when using the set. Meaning, if you are talking into the handset does the volume bar adjust the handset volume. When the phone is ringing does the volume bar adjust the volume of the line that is ringing. If this works, the feature is not really needed.
As for the refurbished comments, well i disagree whole heartedly. I deal with MANY dealers on the refurb side and most will gaurantee the product for 1 year just as if you bought it new. No one is going to sell you a phone that is not compatible, if they do, don't buy from them again. There are just as many OBF's on the market as there are bad refurbed products. THERE IS NO REASON FOR OBF'S. So i guess what i am getting at is one bad apple shouldn't ruin the whole bunch, there are some good refurbished dealers out there. |
