| Yes SCCS 4.2, and I have entertained that idea. However, I would have to process all inbound calls through the Symposium Call Center Server. Would setting CLID statements in the Master Script make the SCCS aware of all inbound calls? What impact would that have on inbound call processing? Currently, the SCCS is only processing calls presented to CDNs that are set up on the PBX for Call Center Operations. |
