| We are staffed 24/7 and have an "operator" at all times. They are never to put the console in "night service" but they "seem" to make this mistake very often. The way the system is set up when they push the night service button it places the console in a "busy" condition. The do have a DID on a seperate phone right beside them. What load do I use to take their "night service" and make the DID phone be the one it goes to? Remember, I need all the help I can get! Thanks!!
