| Distributors have the ability to download CallPilot Admin Client software. You are going to have to talk to a distributor to get this software.
I note that you said that this is a "refurbished" system and thus remind you that the software RTU must be properly transferred in order to get support from an authorized distributor and/or Nortel. |
