This could be checked in a few places. one is the ATTN console. you can also go to LD 35/135 and print your display ie;

LD 135
dspl ------ this will show you what is on the display and most cases point you in the right direction

another place to look would be the RED LED on the top of the colume
but this only tells you that you have an alarm but not what type.

you will need your NTPs to decode the HEX.
