| I want to program two 2616 sets to work in boss-secretary setup, in fact they used to work that way but the user asked to the former programmer to change them so the BFS key in the secretary's set not to show when her boss was using the phone, but now there is a new boss who wants it the normal way, I checked the programming and it is supposed to work, but I'm missing something like a Class of Service or something. Where in the NTP's can I find this? I could't find it in the "Software feature guide" books; it's an op81C here are the print outs :
