Actually, what the user wants to do is send a page to target DN #1, wait 5 minutes and page target DN#2, and then target DN#3. MerMail gives you 3 schedules -- Business Days, Non-Business Days, and Temporary. Within each of the schedules, 3 time periods can be defined. Within each of those time periods, 3 target DN's can be defined. But I've never seen any setting that would allow you to page/call a one DN, wait a specified number of minutes, and then page/call another DN. That's what this user was asking about. Normally, I would've just said that it can't be done, but my manager (very knowledgeable about MerMail) says that he's done something similar in the past but couldn't remember what he did.
