I have a MICS with 6 analog lines and a CP100 ver2 and basic call center on the CP100.

Today, the agents were NOT able to login to the ACD. Also, all of the lines were frozen on the system, They appeared like they were in use but no-one was on the phone in the office. Customer reset the system all okay (power cycled).

About a half hour later the system reset itself on its own. The book says that if you do not see event messages in the system then the system reset and followed its "normal recovery from unusual combination of system events".

I checked the event log, there were a ton of events as follows:

EVT995-0009D401
EVT995-0009DC01
EVT995-0009E401
EVT995-0009EC01
EVT995-0009C000
EVT995-0009F401
EVT995-0009C800
EVT995-0009D800
EVT995-0009E000

there were about 40 or so similar events, the last for digits were different in each case.

Can anyone tell me what happened?
