If I understand the problem correctly, you have a splitter on a digital TN, Half the splitter connects to a 2616 that works, and the other half connected to a anaolg box to which the fax is plugged. If you remove the splitter do you get dial tone. If you unplug the 2616 do you get dial tone from the analog box? Is it possible the analog box is defective or broken? |
