Hey Rick,
What about a link that would tell you what kind of card or product number you have? I posted a question on the Nortel site about a certian product number. I cannot find it for the life of me. I did find a place that I can enter the product number and it will tell me what it is and a price for a refurb. The site is www.twacomm.com\nortel
