To add further you could set this up

Time 1 3am to 5am to TargetA,TargetB,TargetC
Time 2 5:01am to 6am to TargetA,TargetB,TargetC
Time 3 6:01am to 7am to TargetA,TargetB,TargetC

So you can see that you can have 3 different time frames and 9 different Targets.
