| I am not sure what release you are at but I'm at rls 13.13 and I can set up 3 different time periods and each time period can be set up with 3 targets, so yes you can do what was asked but I'm not sure what rls you need to be at to make it work.
The 3 targets can also be 3 different devices e.g phone, cell, pager etc.
