| Pretty simple, really. Basically, I just put a PC connected to an SDI port of the switch. I ran Procomm Plus (whose inventor just happened to be on our board :wink: ) to capture the data to the hard disk. I then periodically sent the text file to the Call Center manager who then used a small VB program to read through the file and look for the marker that indicates the end-of-day stats.
