| Tape is stuck in tape drive and apparently the yellow light is on and you can hear it spinning away. Need to take the tape out. Person is onsite today that might be able to do this if they have a clear picture what to look for. The tech that has given up the task said that a screw was stripped and that they were unable to remove the drive so the tape will just stay stuck as far as they are concerned. My concern extend a bit further. Our person can be onsite in another hour. I can't find any type of procedure for tape drive removal on the Nortel site.
Any help?
