| With OTM you can make a global change from unr to ctd. I have never bothered with toll restrictions as I find they don't restrict anything. To restict toll I change the NCOS level. If all your phones have the same NCOS number you can change the definition of that number to a restricted toll. I wish I could tell you how to change NCOS defintions, but unfortunately my ESN knowledge is not what it could be.
