You will not be able to do that, because of the way the cables (switch tails) are config'd. Unless someone eles has done this B4, I'd say that you may be putting in some OT to balance the switch.
A quik fix would be move a ALC/DLC out of the group that you need to put the trk card in. Try and find one that doesn't have a lot of phones prog on it, that way you are not moving all 16 TNs
