| Here is what I am tracing... I have allowed analog lines for a call application to transfer off switch (FTTU). This works and is not a problem. We are seeing a high volumn of calls Abandon after only 6 or fewer seconds. These calls should be transfering to an internal queue then, if all agents are busy they IFDN to this route and out to another call center in another state. I just want to be sure that our PBX is not cutting off the call. I posted before under the GURU's needed IFDN heading. This is all symptomatic of the same issue. TIA!! All of my DCH for ISDN/PRI to MCI are as follows: USR PRI DCHL X varies depending on the location of the card OTBF 32 PARM RS422 DTE DRAT 64KC CLOK EXT IFC D250 SIDE USR CNEG 1 RLS ID ** RCAP T200 3 T203 10 N200 3 N201 260 K 7 Should there not be something in the RLS and RCAP prompts? All of my route members are built as follows: TYPE TIE CDEN SD CUST 0 TRK PRI PDCA 1 PCML MU NCOS 2 RTMB X XX B-CHANNEL SIGNALING TGAR 1 AST NO IAPG 0 CLS CTD DTN CND WTA LPR APN THFD HKD P10 VNL TKID Would this configuration cause calls to drop or not connect during a transfer off switch? recommendations are more than welcome. rlc |
