| We recently purchased a cordless headset for the receptionist. It works great for the most part but for some reason a couple times a day it stops working. When it stops working, the console automatically goes to NIGHT until she puts the headset on the charger and takes it off again. No problem, we can deal with that. Except that when the console is on NIGHT, all calls that try to come in get a fast busy when they are routed to her.
At night, after 5 before 8, the calls are routed to the plant. How can I route calls to a number during the day if the console is on NIght?
